than thirty years of highly successful experience as a senior executive in the
information technology industry. Mr. Hamrick was appointed as Chairman and elected to the position of Chief Executive Officer on May 1, 2002. He is responsible for the development and successful execution of the company's business plan and for ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of services to customers around the globe.
Mr. Hamrick previously served in key senior executive positions at Unisys Corporation, ACS Government Solutions, Inc. (Affiliated
Computer Systems), and Corporate Information Solutions, Inc., demonstrating significant success in delivering large-scale system integration, system engineering and software development, networking and communications, information security, and business process outsourcing solutions to customers around the world. Mr. Hamrick has also had significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, including overseas M&A. Overall, Mr. Hamrick's leadership has resulted in the successful delivery of billions of dollars worth
of IT services to commercial, government, and international
customers.
